Yup. All that blueprint and groupthink stuff is a way to actually be counterproductive. Because humans are so scared of judgement, brainstorming sessions often lead to a lack of imagination, or of speaking up in general. It actually makes complete sense if you think about it: How often do you have revelations in groups versus the ones you have in the shower? Exactly. Share this with you boss…they’ll appreciate it. (And if they don’t, you can blame us).
