5) Paris, France

A mainstay in the most visited cities list, Paris attracted 14.98 million visitors.  This is a 1.9% decline in their number compared to the year before.

4) Bangkok, Thailand

Welcoming 16.5 million visitors in 2014, Bangkok is the top 4 on the list.  Amidst the political turmoil, tourist still flooded the city.

3) Singapore

Raking the 3rd spot, Singapore lured in 17.09 million tourists.  An economic powerhouse, Singapore is expected to be a mainstay on the list.

2) London, England

On the 2nd spot, London raked in 17.38 million visitors – the number 1 tourist destination in Europe.

Sites to See: Buckingham Palace, British Museum, Big Ben and Parliament, Westminster Abbey

 

1) Hongkong

Topping the list with 27.77 million visitors – almost 10 million more than the second on the list, Hongkong is the number destination of tourists in 2014.
