When he was 14-years-old, Tim Harris, owner of Tim’s Place, told his parents he wanted to own a restaurant. His family had to hold back their reaction, and once they realized Tim was set on his dream, they helped he become the only restaurant owner in the country with Down’s syndrome. It’s also the only restaurant that serves hugs making it the friendliest restaurant in the country, too.
